It is easy to see that the youth in our communities have several unmet needs. This gravity of situation is seen in the numerous number of homeless and unemployed youth as well as decreasing assistance of government programs. JMP FOUNDATION have been striving not only in contributing to solving the problems in our society but seek the main causes thereof and to fight for relevant local and national

changes in policies. We have developed a system designed to unite experts from all continents and networking the African Diaspora for the purpose of training on entrepreneurial skills acquisition for the youth. We have and are still collaborated with various institutions to offer courses as per the market demand and provide knowledge, learning and skills to trainers using better utilization of resources for trainees to get improved instructional support, latest trends and know-how of the job market. There will be project fairs, workshops, seminars, webinars, online courses for all registered members. The combined activities equip participants and connect them to like-minded peers as they earn income on referrals through the genealogy system. It also creates an opportunity for the international community to invest in the youth, earn income, and receive periodical reports on their status. Each registration from the international community supports the Foundation to equip members with training equipment, transport, feeding and many others for the homeless, jobless and those in prisons. As part of our Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) as an organization, each year, we will connect registered members with distinguished accountability partners / mentors to unleash their potentials by offering free Technical and Vocational training on projects that we will create, build and offer to a region to improve livelihood.
