I'm sure, by now you may have experienced this from your telegram contacts, as I am. Working so hard to stay free from p**n addiction, you still see your telegram hacked contacts sending you links that lead to p**nography hubs.
Pls, first thing, don't click on the link when it's leading you to adult content. (It will ask you if it's adult content). I know some won't, since they believe the journey to recovery from p**n addiction will need such discipline of not setting eyes on p**n. But, if you have, I beg you to delete that account; otherwise, when the urge/lust begins knocking at your door, you will go back and watch.
