An Accra High court has held as “unlawful” an undertaking forced on law students by the General Legal Council who take the Ghana School of Law entrance exams. Candidates taking the Ghana School of Law entrance exams are required to sign an undertaking to desist from questioning the results so published. This undertaking is required to be signed before one is allowed to sit for the exams, the failure of which brings disqualification.
