"As part of ongoing efforts to build resilient, youth-driven innovation ecosystems in Ghana, the Centre for Social Innovations (CSI Ghana) convened a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with mentees from the Youth Innovation Circle Mentorship Program (YIC). This session, held at Wanhive in Dumesua–Sunyani, formed a critical step in validating survey responses, identifying unreported challenges, and strengthening the program’s support framework."

Building Purpose-Driven Entrepreneurs Through Innovation and Leadership! 🌍

The Centre for Social Innovations (CSI), one of the official training centers under the National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programme-NEIP Adwumawura Project, has successfully launched its first training module focused on Personal Leadership and Core Life Skills!

This inspiring session empowered participants including young entrepreneurs and women-led businesses from sectors such as agriculture, digital services, food production, and manufacturing. to discover their leadership potential, enhance communication, strengthen time management, and make ethical business decisions.

Beneficiaries also dived into two practical business case studies, applying the for critical thinking and the for ethical decision-making. Through these exercises, participants explored real-life entrepreneurial dilemmas, learned to analyze situations strategically, and developed the confidence to make informed, values-driven choices in their own businesses.

The session was graced by Mr. Yaw Adu-Gyamfi , Executive Director of CSI, as well Mr. VincenOhene-Ntow, Director of Business Support at NEIP and his team from the Adwumawura Project Team, who encouraged participants to embrace innovation, resilience, and purpose as the foundations of impactful entrepreneurship.

Through the Adwumawura initiative, continues to nurture entrepreneurs who lead with integrity, creativity, and vision shaping Ghana’s next generation of change-makers! 💼✨
