Nicholas Kwame Adjei is an educator, youth mentor, and social entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience in leadership and community development. He serves as Principal at NAVS Senior High Technical School and is the Country Director for Future Team Ghana. Nicholas is passionate about youth empowerment, digital skills training, and public policy. He has gained several awards and recognition, including citations from the University of Cape Coast School of Business, the YALI Most Supportive Award, the Patriots Ghana Business Leadership Award, and recently, an Excellence Award from the YALI Alumni Association of Ghana.
He is passionate about promoting free enterprise and sound public policy to create opportunities for youth and reduce poverty. He believes in using education, innovation, and responsible leadership to drive positive change in Ghana and beyond.
