OFFICIAL: Your 2025/2026 Executives Are SET! 🗳️✨
The electoral journey is complete! After a season of intense campaigning, rigorous vetting, and incredible engagement from all of us, the Electoral Commission has declared the new executives for the Edu Fondazione Scholars Association.

We are proud to present the new administration:
President: Aaron Appiah Dzekle
Vice President: Taafu Bikam Kelvin
General Secretary: Appiah Priscilla
Financial Secretary: Marfo Kweku Poku

While our President, Gen. Secretary, and Fin. Secretary were affirmed by consensus, the Vice-Presidential race was a true testament to our democratic process!

It was a battle of "grounds," leading to a TIE between the top two aspirants. The subsequent run-off election was the decider, proving that every single vote and every handshake mattered. "Grounds work" truly won the day!

Congratulations to the new team! We look forward to a vibrant and transformative administration. Serve well!

Official Vetting Verdict: The EC Has Spoken! 📣

The Vetting Committee's report for the Edu Fondazione Scholars Association is IN, and the numbers are revealing!

We have a "consensus mandate" for three key offices:
President: Aaron Appiah (84.8%)
Gen. Secretary: Priscilla Appiah (85.8% - Top score of the season!)
Fin. Secretary: Marfo Kweku Poku (72.2%)
All three passed their scrutiny unopposed. Is this a coronation or a testament to their undeniable quality?
BUT... all eyes are on the Vice-Presidential BATTLEGROUND! ⚔️
This is the only contested race, and the scores are in:
Mary Sarpong: 80.2%
T. Kelvin Bikam: 76.4%
Japka Sharif: 44.2%

In the spirit of solidarity and shared humanity, we, the Edu Fondazione Scholars Association at KNUST, are overjoyed to share some wonderful news! ❤️

As beneficiaries of kindness, we know how much a helping hand means, especially during the stressful examination period. That's why it was our profound honour to pay it forward by donating food items valued at Seven Thousand Ghana Cedis (GHC 7,000.00) to our very own KNUST Food Bank.

With 50 bags of rice, cartons of mackerel, 50 boxes of cooking oil, sugar, and more, we hope to ensure that our fellow students can focus fully on their studies without the worry of their next meal. This is about being a family and lifting each other up. The donation was presented today at the J. Harper Building, and our hearts are full.

This beautiful cycle of giving is only possible because of the incredible generosity of our sponsors, the Fondazione Edu. Thank you for believing in us and for empowering us to become givers ourselves. You are the foundation upon which this impact is built.

Ten years! A whole decade since the Fondazione Edu Scholarship began its incredible mission of Transforming Lives, Sustaining Dreams and Creating Impact for students at KwamevNkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST)and the University of Ghana, Legon

From nervous first-year students to a proud family of alumni and scholars, this journey has been about more than just funding. It's been about community, support, and the belief that we could achieve our dreams. To our patrons at Fondazione Edu, we are eternally grateful!

🎉 What a phenomenal turnout for our first General Meeting! 🎉 We, the 2023/2024 Executives of the EDU Fondazione Scholars Association KNUST, are overwhelmed with gratitude for the incredible support, guidance, and encouragement we've received throughout our tenure. This initiative reflects our commitment to ensuring that financial constraints don't hinder the potential of our fellow students. While not everyone can be a direct recipient of our scholarships, we're dedicated to creating opportunities for all. Together, we rise!

This is the official page for the Edu fondazine Scholar Association at KNUST, this scholarship was established between the Fondazione Edu and the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in the year 2015.

The Edu Foundation’s goal is to promote higher education in Africa, with a particular focus on technical-scientific and agronomic studies.

The Foundation supports African students in the access to higher level education in their country of origin, through a scholarship scheme system.
It selects the beneficiaries on the basis of merit and socio-economic conditions by enhancing a student’s individual growth and enriching his/hers professional competence that can, in the long run, contribute to the country’s social-economic development.
