Join Us to Support the Pad Up Program 2026!

Next Thursday, Nhyira Charities Foundation will donate sanitary pads and provide menstrual hygiene education to school girls in the Eastern Region.

We invite individuals and organizations to support through sanitary pad donations, hygiene items, or financial contributions.

Together, let’s keep girls in school and protect their dignity. 💙

Dr. Patrick Essien, Deputy Director of Mining at the Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) and Advisory Board Chairman of Nhyira Charities Foundation LBG, has been honored by the Ghana National Union of Technical Students (GNUTS) for his outstanding contributions towards TVET and STEM education in Ghana.

Many girls miss school because they cannot afford sanitary pads, making menstruation a barrier to education and confidence. By donating sanitary pads, Nhyira Charities Foundation LBG is helping girls stay in school, maintain dignity and hygiene, and pursue their dreams without interruption. Empowering the girl child through menstrual support is empowering the future of our communities.
