We have previously emphasized that it is God’s desire that all souls be saved, and that sin has no place in us.
Therefore, we must yield our entire being for God to work in and through us.

_What then is Yieldedness to God?_
Yieldedness in simple terms is one’s willingness to give up their own way and submit to another’s authority, guidance, or influence.

Our total negligence of the call of Jesus unto Repentance is the reason for our struggles and drowning in sin. Jesus never came to condemn sinners but to call them unto Repentance.

The reason you find it difficult to repent from your sins, is because you are always trying to do it by your own strength. The word of God is powerful enough to break you out of every sinful life.

One key element the above scripture reveals is the time factor attached to repentance. _Sometimes we get so carried away by the pleasures we obtain from indulging in sinful living that we hardly remember that we are in a world existing for only a specified time by God._ Everything that has a beginning has an end, But what kind of end will it be? Repentance can only happen while you are still alive. What God actually meant by him giving us time to repent, is the Life he has given us out of his abundant Mercies. For as it is clearly stated in the scriptures, "the wages of sin is death".
