COYODAG is a community based organization which aims to groom young talented footballers and build their capacity to become competitive at a national and international level and also advocate for them through a collective decision making process with the authorities of the community to ensuring that their voices is also considered as a mouthpiece in the developmental process. It works with school
s and communities to search for talented footballers who are deprived of the opportunity to discover and display their talents so that they can go beyond local and national level. Talent search starts from as early as five years old. This idea were as a result of a group of students from the various universities discovered that football development is sustainable and also a medium to empower the youth.
