One morning, everything changed.

A machine appeared on the water, tearing through the lake. It pulled out bamboo structures and destroyed fishing nets without warning. Kojo watched in shock as his investment, built over years, disappeared in minutes.

There had been no notice. No consultation. No agreement.

By evening, the lake was still. But for Kojo and many others, it was no longer a source of life.

We congratulate Mr. Addo Kwaku Prosper on his nomination as MCE for Krachi West. As a proud indigene, he has already shown commitment to community development, notably by donating rain boots during our recent clean-up exercise.

Krachi West faces financial constraints, with DACF dwindling, DPAT relying on just 2 of 9 funders, and IGF proving inadequate. To drive development, Mr. Prosper and his team must explore innovative funding solutions.

We are confident in his leadership and look forward to positive change. Congratulations, MCE!🎉👏

Our recent clean-up exercise was a great success, but this is just the beginning! 🌍✨ To sustain our efforts, we are planning to raise funds to procure dustbins and strategically place them at vantage points along the principal streets of Krachi to help curb filth.

However, for this project to be truly effective and sustainablewe must ensure that these bins are emptied regularly when full. How do you think we can achieve this?

Should we set up a dedicated team, collaborate with local authorities, or introduce a community-led monitoring system? 🤔
