VOLUNTEER RECRUITMENT – KADJEBI DISTRICT.
Are you passionate about education and community development?
Guard-M Foundation is recruiting Community Coordinator Volunteers to support and monitor our projects within the Kadjebi District of the Oti Region.
We are looking for committed individuals who want to help improve lives through education, health, livelihood, agriculture, and community development initiatives in underserved communities.
Volunteer Responsibilities
📚 Monitor schools and foundation-supported projects
📸 Take photos and prepare simple activity reports
🤝 Support community outreach and engagement
📢 Help share awareness about foundation activities
📝 Provide updates on local challenges and community needs

Requirements
• Minimum qualification: Diploma or ability to communicate effectively in English
• Must live in or near communities within the Kadjebi District
• Must be honest, responsible, and community-minded
• Must be willing to volunteer periodically
• Must have a passion for community development
• Having a means of transport is not required but preferred

This is a volunteer opportunity and not paid employment. However, transport support may be provided during official assignments where applicable.
