Smart Youth Connekt (SMART HUB GH) participated in the Annual General Assembly of the African Youth Advocacy Network (AfriYAN) - Ghana a coalition of vibrant young people championing change and development in various thematic areas. The GA also featured a training digital advocacy for the YLOs present. We are excited to have contributed to meaning discussions and make input to the work of AfriYAN GHANA 🇬🇭🙌

Join us as we work together to ensure that menstruation doesn't limit access to education, health, or opportunity. Through collective action, we're building a world where every adolescent can learn without barriers.

In the coming week, we shall engage students of Some SHS and Klikor SHS on Sexual and Reproductive Health issues that affect adolescents and young people under the DigiHealth Impact Project in partnership with KGL Foundation

Engaging parents is a key component in the effort to curb teenage pregancy. Parents as major stakeholders and guardians to their wards must be equipped with the requisite knowledge and skills in handling adolescent reproductive health issue. This is a non-negotiable component of our programming at SMART HUB Gh.

Under the Youth Empowered to Thrive (YET) Project in partnership with Plan International Ghana, we had a very interactive session with adolescents from Akpafu Adorkor, Likpe Todome and Likpe Agbozome, making use of photo flip charts and case scenarios to educate them teenage pregnancy prevention.

Empowering Youth Through Capacity Building
We're thrilled to share that SMART HUB GH, in collaboration with SMART YOUTH CONNEKT, Gray Network, Meraki Network, Concerned Youth Association of Baglo, Developer's Net, and Write for World, participated in a transformative workshop on project programming, Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL), branding, and communication!
