As part of their first sprint, our Eight Fellows took part in a reflection session led by Iris Nukunu, where they learned how to document their experiences, lessons, challenges, and insights from their work so far.

The session gave fellows the opportunity to understand the value of reflection as an essential part of the innovation journey.

As they continue through the Eight Fellowship, documenting and reflecting on their experiences will help them better understand their process, learn from challenges, and uncover new perspectives that will benefit them throughout the fellowship and beyond.

It’s inspiring to see these young innovators not only build solutions but also intentionally pause to learn, grow, and improve every step of the way.
