Our human development research and sustainable mental development program covers how human development (HD) can be improved in limited global regions. The program is based on global inte
rest in the most limited global region, currently known as Sub-Saharan Africa, per international development standards. The proposed program delivery is through a virtual regional sphere that will be subsequently referred to as Virtual Africa (VA), that focuses on the physical geographical region of Sub-Saharan Africa called Inner Africa (IA). Virtual Africa shall operate as a social media based group that holds various Intellectual properties in virtual sustainable global mental development resources.
