At Catch It From The Root (CIFTR), we believe in rebuilding from the foundation. We connect community, culture, and commerce — supporting Black businesses, empowering families, educating youth, and investing back into the places that raised us.

From agriculture initiatives and youth mentorship to menstrual health education through our pad her project, we are doing the work locally and globally with teams in the U.S., Ghana, and Jamaica.

PAD DRIVE JAMAICA RECOVERY END DECEMBER 12TH (MIDNIGHT EST)

Journey 2 Free/Larissa Rhone is doing our 2025 PAD DRIVE in partnership with REIGN/JEWEL Sanitary Napkins LLC/Jerome Chambers
This effort supports women and girls who were impacted by Hurricane Melissa, especially in underserved communities.
It also helps our organization continue its year-round support services.
Reign pads are a healthier alternative made with an antibacterial Graphene strip that helps reduce pain, odor, and irritation, a product I personally use and trust.
You can support the drive in three ways:
