The Bongo Youth Network (BYN) was pleased to engage a delegation from the UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) during their visit and meeting with the DCE Of Bongo, Madam Diana Ayamga on Thursday, 20 August 2026.

The meeting provided an important platform for youth representatives to share perspectives, discuss youth development priorities, and engage on interventions supported through the CSSM programme.

We are grateful to the FCDO delegation, YEFL-Ghana and all partners for the opportunity to amplify the voices and aspirations of young people in Bongo District.

Together, we continue to advocate for meaningful youth participation, inclusive development and sustainable opportunities for young people.

Bongo Youth Network Mourns the Passing of Our District Chief Executive

It is with profound sadness that the Bongo Youth Network mourns the passing of our District Chief Executive. He was a humble, hardworking, and visionary leader who dedicated his life to the development of our constituency and the welfare of its people.

His big dreams for our community and tireless efforts to make them a reality will forever remain an inspiration. We extend our deepest condolences to his family, friends, and the entire Bongo community during this difficult time.

May his soul rest in perfect peace🕊️
