Protect Our Future foundation is a non profit organization that provides Menstrual hygiene products (Sanitary pads, Tampons, etc & stationary to deprived girls and women in deprived Communities in the 5 Northern Regions, Ghana. Protect Our Future Africa is a non profit organization that provides Menstrual hygiene products ie Sanitary pads Tampons etc and stationary to deprived girls and women in deprived Communities in the three Northern Regions. We also support all children who do not have access to basic education in Ghana especially those found in rural areas of the three (3) northern regions of Ghana; UW, UE and NR.

The conversation has begun.

We are grateful to A1 Radio for providing a platform for the She Leads Ghana movement (Upper East Region) through Protect Our Future Foundation to discuss teenage pregnancy and its impact on young people, families, schools, and communities across the Upper East Region.

The discussion highlighted the need for collective action. Preventing teenage pregnancy is not the responsibility of one institution. Parents, teachers, health professionals, traditional leaders, faith based organisations, civil society organisations, and young people all have a role to play.

As Protect Our Future Foundation prepares to roll out the Upper East Regional Teenage Pregnancy Campaign, we remain committed to creating safe spaces where young people receive accurate information, guidance, and the confidence to make informed decisions.

This campaign is about protecting dreams, keeping girls in school, and building brighter futures.

We thank everyone who listened, called in, and shared their views. Your voices matter.

The journey has started. More school engagements and community activities are coming soon.

Every young girl deserves the chance to learn, grow, and chase her dreams without interruption. That is why Protect Our Future Foundation , through the Girls Education Unit Upper East Region, is launching a campaign against early pregnancy in the Upper East Region.

Through visits to Senior High Schools across the region, this initiative will educate, empower, and inspire students to make choices that protect their future.

Early pregnancy can pause education, limit opportunities, and silence dreams — but with awareness, guidance, and support, we can help rewrite that story.
