From returnees building sustainable livelihoods in Dormaa to women entrepreneurs scaling local enterprises in Sunyani, participants in our Skills4Inclusion project are turning vocational training and business skills into thriving enterprises.
By equipping local champions like Frederick Siaw and Regina Asima to produce and supply quality pastries across schools, churches, and local markets, we're proving that targeted skills training builds stronger, more self-reliant communities.
The project is implemented by German Sparkassenstiftung Western Africa on behalf of the Ghanaian-European Centre for Jobs, Migration and Development, of the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) with co-funding from the European Union, and implemented by GIZ Ghana, Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.
