It has been days and weeks since Okatakyie K**i Obuadum Amoyaw V, Chief of Aseseeso Akuapem, embarked on a journey to the ancestral village to pay a visit to the ancestors/nananom.

As per his message, we had eagerly anticipated his return. However, we have received word that he will be spending more time there attending to pressing matters.

Given the circumstances, it is unlikely that OKOA will return before the Odwira festival.

In light of this, we cordially invite everyone to join us on Saturday, November 1st, 2025, in Aseseeso Akuapem, as we celebrate the Odwira festival and observe 40 days since our chief's departure.

We hereby invite you to come and witness a vibrant display of our rich cultural heritage, traditions, and identity.

Aseseeso Odwira 2025 promises to be an insightful, culturally enriching, and enjoyable experience.
