Greetings,
I am highly honored to stand before you as the Founder of Doves Charity Foundation to present this report on the successful outreach program held at AKPLORWOTORKOR M/A Basic School on 15th July 2026.
Program Activities and Support Provided
The Foundation successfully procured and distributed school uniforms that were sewn for 30 learners. In addition, we provided five exercise books each to 80 learners. It is important to note that this distribution of exercise books covered 80 learners rather than the initially targeted 95, due to logistical adjustments made on the day.
Accompanying me to the program was a dedicated member of the Foundation who also serves as our seamstress. We were further supported by two media personnel who documented the event through photography and videography for our social media platforms.
Program Ex*****on and Outcomes
Overall, the outreach program was executed smoothly and achieved its core objectives of supporting vulnerable learners with essential educational materials. While some intended beneficiaries did not receive items as originally planned, the team managed the situation effectively through on-site adjustments to ensure maximum impact within the available resources.
Those of you who have the heart of giving and would love to partnership with us or to be a member kindly call/WhaptsApp me on 0248944588
Conclusion
We extend our sincere gratitude to all stakeholders, partners, volunteers, and well-wishers whose support made this outreach possible. Your continued partnership enables us to touch the lives of learners and contribute meaningfully to educational development in our communities.
Thank you.
