DWC General Meeting & Leadership Transition

The Debators’ and Writers’ Club (DWC) of the University of Education, Winneba (UEW), Ajumako Campus, held a successful General Meeting yesterday, 7 August 2026.

The meeting provided an opportunity for members to reflect on the Club’s journey, deliberate on its future direction, and prepare for the transition to a new set of leaders. It was also an important moment for the Club as leadership responsibilities were handed over in preparation for the next chapter of its growth.

The meeting was graced by the presence of the Founding President and the Electoral Commissioner, whose presence added significance to the occasion.

As the Club transitions into a new era, we look forward to continued growth, excellence, and a stronger commitment to the values of debating, writing, critical thinking, and leadership.
