True leadership isn’t always about being the loudest voice in the room; it’s about being the most supportive. Today, the Ajumako Cluster Alumni Network wants to honor our Partner Facilitator (PF), a man whose humility is as profound as his impact.
To you Mr. Effah Ampadu: thank you for being the definition of “fantastic and humble.” You don’t just give us directions; you give us your heart and your time. Your humility inspires us to serve our community with that same grace.

The Ajumako Cluster is blessed to have your wisdom and your support. You are a mentor and a pillar of stability.
Your ability to lead with a servant’s heart is a daily lesson to all of us. Thank you for believing in the potential of the Ajumako Alumni and for being the steady hand that helps us navigate our goals.

We are honored to work under your facilitation. We appreciate you today and every day.

Being the Mentor We Once Needed: The Transitions Summit for JHS Leavers

Last month, the Ajumako Cluster Alumni Network kicked off our Transitions Summit, starting with Block A at Ajumako Bisease. As we stood before these bright, ambitious students, we couldn’t help but look back. We remembered the anxiety of exam season, the confusion of school selection, and the uncertainty of dreaming big when resources felt small. We realized that day: We are now the “wish come true” for our younger selves.

Through the summit at Bisease, we provided the roadmap we once wished we had:

📝 BECE Strategy: Equipping them with techniques to answer questions with confidence and precision.

🏫 Informed Choices: Guiding them through the school selection process to align with their future career paths.

🎯 Visionary Thinking: Empowering them with goal-setting frameworks to look beyond the exams.

This was made possible by our dedicated resource Persons at Block A: Mr. Joseph Smith, Mr. Francis Mensah, Mr. Amaning Richard

A special thank you to Mr. Effah Ampadu (PF) , Mr. (C*C), The Cluster Executives led by Nana Nyarko, Project Directors, all FCP’s and all who work tirelessly to bring Compassion’s vision to life.

: Most importantly, thank you for investing in us and making us who we are today. Because you reached out to us, we can now reach back to others.

“Giving Back” isn’t just a phrase; it’s a commitment to ensuring that the path we walked is smoother for those following in our footsteps.

Stay Tuned: This was just the beginning! Follow our story to see how Block B (Ajumako Techiman) took the torch to the next in tomorrow’s post.

Behind every successful initiative in our Ajumako Cluster is a leader who sees potential before it’s even realized. Today, we’re spotlighting our Cluster Youth Coordinator, Desmond Kojo Addison.

Desmond isn’t just a coordinator; he is the heartbeat of our alumni network. From mentorship to strategic planning, his dedication to the youth of Compassion International has been the catalyst for our growth.

Whether he’s organizing, mentoring, or advocating, his impact is felt in everything we do. We are lucky to have you at the helm, Desmond!
We don’t just have a coordinator; we have a champion.

Thank you, Desmond, for being the “instrument” that keeps our mission in harmony. Your leadership doesn’t just change lives,it builds legacies.
