​Are you ready for the experience of a lifetime? Tears of Young Orphan Shall Stop International (TYOSSI) invites you to our beautiful location in Ada East, Ghana, where the Volta River meets the Atlantic Ocean!
​🛠️ YOUR MISSION (Monday – Friday)
​Build: Use your hands to help us with construction—cementing, painting, and innovating.
​Teach: Support our local teachers with English, Maths, and Science lessons.
​Impact: Help us ensure our children have a bright, tear-free future.
​📸 YOUR ADVENTURE (Saturday – Sunday)
​Saturday Excursion: A cultural tour of Ghana’s vibrant markets and rich history.
​Sunday Beach & River Day: Relax at the stunning estuary where the river meets the sea, right near our office!
​💎 THE TYOSSI NO-STRESS PACKAGE ($150 USD Weekly)
​We want you to focus on the children, not your wallet. In Ghana, costs for materials and living are rising daily. Your $150 USD weekly contribution is a vital lifeline that covers everything for your stay and funds our project.
​Here is the transparency of what your contribution covers:
​🏡 Housing: A bed in our Guest House (Standard local rates are 250 GHS/night—we cover this!).
​🍲 Food: 3 delicious Ghanaian meals every day (A 100 GHS daily value).
​🚐 Transport: Your 120 GHS airport pickup from Kotoka International + all transport for weekend trips.
​🏗️ Building Materials: We use a direct portion for the school construction (Cement is 85 GHS/bag, plus costs for Sand, Gravel, and Wood).
​👩‍🏫 Teachers: Helps pay monthly stipends for our dedicated local teaching staff.
​🎟️ Excursions: All entry fees for our Saturday and Sunday tours!
​Note: Volunteers only need to cover their own Flight and Ghana Visa.
