management and executive positions in private organizations/ institutions and women
entrepreneurs of well established businesses. The founding members of this network
include the below listed top female executives;

influential both at the local and international level. This is the first of its kind in Ghana. The Executive Women Network’s ambition is to:
1. Create a community for professional women to network, dialogue and collaborate for
development and self-actualization.
2. Influence and drive policy changes that seek to increase the representation of women
in senior leadership positions in Ghana.
3. Promote women’s rights in support of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development
Goal 5 – ‘gender equality and empowerment for all women and girls’. As a member, you can look forward to regular networking lunches, industry/ profession
specific training programs and conferences both local and international among others. Details will be provided in your welcome pack.

A health emergency can happen anytime, but knowledge and preparation can make all the difference. 🚨

In collaboration with Telecel Ghana, our Sister to Sister Candid Chats gathered experienced medical specialists for an honest, eye-opening conversation on When Emergency Calls. Thank you to Patricia Obo-Nai, CEO, and Rachel Appenteng, HR Manager, and the entire Telecel team for making this evening possible.

A heartfelt thank you to our host, Dr. Irene Wulff, CEO of FOCOS Orthopaedic Hospital, for anchoring the conversation with such expertise and warmth. To our panellists, Dr. Norvishie Arkutu, Consultant Orthodontist at Platinum Orthodontics & Advanced Dentistry; Dr. Gifty Quarshie-Ngissah, Medical Director of Midway Hospital; and Dr. Clement Laryea, Respiratory Physician Specialist at 37 Military Hospital, thank you for the practical, life-saving insights you so generously shared.

Thank you also to our MC, Amanda Akushie of Nilee Consult, for holding the space with such grace and energy throughout the evening.

Last week Monday, 27th April 2026, we were hosted by the team at Telecel Ghana in preparation towards our 10th anniversary. Our relationship with Telecel goes beyond traditional sponsorship; they are true partners who share our dedication to seeing women thrive in every professional sphere.

​Our discussions focused on the next steps of our collaboration for the 10th anniversary celebrations and how we can continue to provide value to each other.
