Yesterday, Thursday, 5th March 2026, shortlisted beneficiaries of the National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Programme-NEIP Adwumawura Programme who were assigned to Phinklife Institute had the opportunity to pitch their business ideas before a panel from NEIP.
The pitching session allowed entrepreneurs to present their concepts, demonstrate the viability of their businesses, and take an important step toward securing support under the Adwumawura programme.

The Phinklife Institute was honoured to participate in the 2025 Ghana Hubs Network Gathering which took place in Greater Accra.

Our CEO, Richard Ntim Agyare together with our Hub Manager, Isaac Adu-Kodua Jnr joined fellow innovation hub leaders from across the country to share insights, foster partnerships, and explore strategies to drive sustainable impact in our communities.

Key takeaway is simple but urgent: training is not enough alignment is everything.
As hubs, we must move beyond just capacity-building to ensuring strategic alignment with the demands of the digital economy. That means connecting training to real job pathways, market demands, and entrepreneurial opportunities. We asked the hard question: ‘How many of those we train are actually earning?’ The answer calls us to rethink our models, to track outcomes, partner with industry, and ensure our efforts translate into livelihoods and impact.
