As we wrap up Women’s Month, we reaffirm our commitment at CRI to creating safe and supportive spaces for mothers to nurse their children while working. This initiative is essential in ensuring that women do not have to choose between career growth and motherhood. It reflects a deliberate effort to support the evolving role of women in the socio-economic development of our country.

Day 1 of our Enumerators Training was more than just an introduction. It was preparation for quality. Facilitators ensured enumerators fully understood each concept to enable them elicit accurate feedback from respondents. By mastering our tools and unpacking the questionnaire, the team is now equipped to measure the true impact of our interventions across cocoa‑growing communities.

High‑quality data begins with high‑quality preparation. This foundation will guide us toward meaningful solutions that protect children and strengthen sustainability in the cocoa sector.
