When last did you really check your posture in the mirror?

Here’s something most people get wrong:
Myth: Scoliosis only affects children ❌
Fact: Adults can develop scoliosis too. As we age, “degenerative changes” in the spine can cause new curves to form, or make old ones progress.

Signs aren’t always obvious. Uneven shoulders, one hip higher, clothes not fitting right, or back pain that keeps coming back… it adds up.

Scoliosis doesn’t have an age limit. But early detection gives you options. Whether you’re 16 or 60, knowing your spine helps you protect it.
