An organization established to unite professionals in the Ghanaian real estate industry with the aim of promoting property rights, advancing member goals, serving client interests, upholding professional practice ethics, and fostering Global networking The survival and growth of free institutions and of our civilization depends upon its wise utilization and widely allocated ownership. GREPA member

s should recognize that the interests of Ghana as a nation and its citizens require the highest and best use of the land and the widest distribution of land ownership. They require the creation of adequate housing, the building of functioning cities, the development of productive commerce, industries and farms, and the preservation of a healthful environment. GREPA members are involved in preserving the right to buy and sell property; to lease property; to improve property; to work with the community to see that fair housing is available for all. PURPOSE
The purpose of the Ghana Real Estate Professionals Association shall be:

1) The Main objective of the association is about the harmony and interaction among members who deal in Real Estate.
2) Support for Government regulation for the industry and members of the association. At a single platform we can raise our voice, share and carry on any issue related with Real Estate, assist Government in formulating Bills and Acts of parliament for the Industry or any other work related to our business.
3) To unite the Real Estate Brokers, Associates of Ghana for the purpose of exerting effectively a combined positive influence upon matters affecting our profession.
4) To promote and maintain the highest standard of conduct in all Real Estate transactions as expressed in the Code of Ethics that will be adopted by this Association and to enforce the Code among members in dealing with one another and the public.
5) To improve the economic opportunities of every Ghanaian by providing a road map to international Best Practices in property markets
6) To provide information, programs and services designed to enhance the ability of Members to conduct international real estate business successfully with integrity and competence.
