Asase Africa Foundation

Asase Africa Foundation Asase Africa Foundation (AAF) is a registered NGO, based in Accra that is dedicated to providing resources to the areas most vulnerable populations.

Asase Africa Foundation aims to support the basic needs and rights of disadvantaged children and their families in every region of Ghana, specifically in the sectors of education access, housing, nourishment, community and fun. AAF began as an international collaboration of volunteers who were inspired by the experience of founder, Ampem. As a child he was disabled and abandoned by his parents. He

was forced to survive on his own in the streets of Accra. As a result, Mr. Ampem works tirelessly to see that Ghana’s children have a brighter future. We are actively taking kids out of child labor, human trafficking and extreme poverty and providing them with education and support. We aim to institute systemic enhancements to the care and quality of disadvantaged children in Ghana. By designing our programs in accordance with our core values (small scale, locally targeted, positive outlook, cooperation, self-reliance, enthusiasm) we are working against the cycles of malnourishment, depression and lack of access that run rampant in our communities.

‎Motherhood embodies love in action, manifesting through nurturing, protecting, teaching, comforting, and steadfast support through life's seasons.

‎Today, we honor the women whose love serves as a child's first home, protection, teacher, and source of hope.

‎At Asase Africa Foundation, we recognize mothers, grandmothers, foster mothers, caregivers, and every woman who chooses to nurture, guide, and protect a child.

‎Behind every confident child is someone who has believed, sacrificed, and stood strong through challenges. Mothers shape character, build resilience, and lay the foundation for stronger families and safer communities.

‎This Mother's Day, we celebrate your strength, sacrifices, and endless love, acknowledging the pivotal role you play in giving every child the opportunity to grow with care, dignity, and belonging.

‎To every mother and caregiver, thank you for building a better tomorrow, one child at a time.

‎By nurturing each other, we mother hope itself here in Agbogbloshie Slum 💛.

True generosity transcends mere sentiment, manifesting as tangible action that uplifts and transforms lives.

In Ghana, this ethos is vividly illustrated through initiatives that restore humanity, foster hope, and empower communities.

‎Children, once ensnared by fear and deprivation, are reclaiming their rightful place in society through education and sports.

In vulnerable communities like Agbogbloshie, sports programs are cultivating resilience and nurturing dreams.

Families, once burdened by uncertainty, are building foundations for a more stable and prosperous future.

‎Your support has been a catalyst for these positive changes, embodying the transformative power of love in action.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude, Madam Isabella and Giovanni Berti, for your unwavering commitment to making a meaningful difference. The kids really love the football ⚽ 🌟.

Hello FPP FAM ❤️ We hope this message finds you well.

We're excited to share the inspiring story of Madam Isabella, the President of Terra di Luce association and the incredible work she's doing with the orphan pre-school kids from the Agbogbloshie Slum.

‎Madam Isabella has selflessly dedicated herself to supporting these young children, providing them with care, education, and love. Her selfless efforts are a testament to the power of kindness and compassion.

As she often says, "Help others without any reason and give without the expectation of receiving anything in return."

‎Her dedication to these children is a shining example of what it means to be a true human and a caregiver. The bond she's formed with them is a reminder that family is not just about blood ties, but about the love and care we share with one another.

‎At Asase Africa Foundation, we're grateful for Madam Isabella's tireless efforts and commitment to making a difference in the lives of these children.

Her work is a beacon of hope in the Agbogbloshie and Ghana as a whole. We're honored to support her mission.

‎To Madam Isabella, we say thank you for being a mother to all, and for showing us that a mother's love truly lasts forever.

We're grateful for your love and dedication ❤️.

‎On International Day for Street Children, Asase Africa Foundation reaffirms that children on the streets are not criminals, but vulnerable individuals deserving of protection and compassion.

‎Their stories, shaped by circumstances beyond their control, deserve to be heard and addressed. Hunger, homelessness, and survival are not crimes. These children need support, not punishment.

‎We urge you: when you see a child on the street, don't look away. Don't judge. Instead, protect them, hear their story, and stand with them.

‎A society's true strength lies in how it responds to its most vulnerable members.

Today, we stand for every child forced to grow up too soon, choosing compassion over condemnation.

Thank you all
