The story of DAAPI begun with experiences on women, their work and development, then into gender and now need to consider families/households in our collective development and security. Presently day concerns of low productivity, poverty, dysfunctional families, poor school performance/skills, youth engagement for social unrest/terrorism, harmful migration etc. have roots related to work/family/productivity interface management.

WE ARE ALL AFFECTED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY. GET INVOLVE!

DAAPI is a limited liability centre of excellence that provides strategic partnerships in research, capacity building and support services to:

· Charities

· Employers and employees/workers

· Development partners and

· Community leaders

desiring (a) Optimal performance of their labour force whilst creating havens of greater families, communities and secured nations.

(b) Optimal development of children and young adults by helping fill in with the nurturing and mediating roles of parents/guardians/society

(c) Redress of structural challenges that impede people from fully harnessing their potentials for wealth and prosperity.

The outcomes are added value of organisations becoming greater, working with greater families, enjoyment of human rights, and for more just and secured communities and nations now and for posterity.
