The last two weeks have been buzzing with activity as the preparations for the 9th Evidence to Action Conference & Exhibition intensify!

With this year's theme of "Reimagining the Evidence-Informed Policy and Decision Making Ecosystem in Africa", the conference will include the voices of all the relevant actors who play a key role in the journey from evidence to action. To this end, the Organizing Committee recently took to the "streets", visiting leaders and representatives of various government institutions, including the NATIONAL DEVELOPMENT PLANNING COMMISSION (NDPC)-GHANA, the National Health Insurance Authority of Ghana, and Ghana Investment Fund for Electronic Communications (GIFEC Ghana).

The committee also had the privilege of accompanying ICED CEO David Sarfo Ameyaw on his visits to the Office of the President of Ghana and the Ghana Statistical Service, as well as a meeting with ISSER, designed to explore the progress of the conference planning activities.

From discussions on collaboration to insights on the various institutions' activities and successes, stay tuned for an in-depth recap of the visits!
