Our Community Learning and Consultation Clinics (CLCC) is a key activity under the project “My Community Beyond Covid” funded by Otto per Mille Valdese , through which we introduce creative learning experiences that spark curiosity, sustain engagement, and encourage learners to explore, read more, think differently, and continuously grow. We extend our special appreciation to our volunteers who mentor and inspire our young readers, as we work together to build a culture of creativity, curiosity, and lifelong learning in our communities, all in support of ending child labour and trafficking.

Happy World Children’s Day!

Today, we celebrate every child and their right to learn, dream, and thrive! At CHF, we are very proud to guide the brilliant and curious minds of the Gomoa Nyanyano fishing community.

We celebrate our kids for participating in our after-school program, developing computer skills and many others. Their commitment to building a brighter future for themselves is commendable.

At Cheerful Hearts Foundation, we go beyond classroom lessons to provide practical, hands-on learning experiences that keep children engaged, curious, and eager to learn more.

We ensure that children find joy in learning and remain in school, thereby helping to reduce the incidence of child labour and trafficking in our communities.

We’re especially grateful to Bar Stotzky Elkin, a returning volunteer, for dedicating her time to help vulnerable children learn through creative, object-based activities, and to Otto per Mille Valdese for their continued support of our projects to stop child labour and trafficking.

National Day of Prayer, Ghana 🇬🇭

On this National Day of Prayer, we pause as a nation to seek divine guidance, healing, and peace.

At Cheerful Hearts Foundation , we lift our hearts in prayer for every child in distress, especially those caught in the web of child labour, neglect, and hardship. We pray for their protection, their freedom, and a future filled with hope and opportunity.

We pray for our leaders, for wisdom and compassion. We pray for our communities, for unity and strength. We pray for Ghana, that justice, peace, and prosperity will reign.

May we all be moved to action as we raise our voices in prayer, not just today, but every day until every child is safe.

In many schools across Ghana, children are taught ICT with no access to a single computer. They learn computing through imaginary demonstrations, without ever touching the very tools they’re being tested on.

By making real computers available to these children, we are helping bridge the digital divide, giving them the opportunity to learn practically, not just in theory.

The children in Gomoah Nyanyano can now explore, create, and grow in confidence as we empower them to not only catch up but to compete and thrive in today's ever growing digital world.

Every child deserves access to the tools that will shape their future.
