Many people believe that dyslexic individuals see words moving on the page… 👀
But that’s not always true.
Dyslexia is a learning difference that affects how the brain processes language, reading, spelling, and writing.
The experience of words moving, blurring, or causing discomfort is often linked to Irlen Syndrome, a visual processing difficulty that can also cause headaches and light sensitivity.
Some individuals may have both, but many do not.
❌ So let’s be clear:
Words moving on the page does NOT mean dyslexia.
đź’ś Every learner is different.
đź’ś Every learner deserves understanding and support.
