1st Step Ghana

1st Step Ghana First-Step Ghana is a not-for-profit organisation set up to empower the development of work-based experience for the average Ghanaian Youth.

We at First-Step Ghana believe there needs to be a level playing field when it comes to educating the future leaders of our country. Ghana can create world leaders with insight and ingenuity; who can solve some of the complex issues facing the universe. Work-based experience has in the past been a thing for the well-connected privileged few in Ghana. Unfortunately, many of our youth are naturally

gifted in many fields. But without the resources and the tools to develop these gifts, they are wasting away and their skills becoming obsolete. Everyone deserves the opportunity to acquire and gain new skills and knowledge that will propel them forward into a future filled with hope and possibilities. First-Step Ghana aims to remove the barriers preventing the youth from tapping into the vast resources available in the country and beyond. We aim to place the youth in environments that will stimulate and empower them to be the best they can be.
