It's been great having you on the Team, Cynthia. We are happy to see you flourish... keep flourishing...

Staff Spotlight✨ Meet Cynthia Sangaparee, Christ-Centered Education Officer in Ghana. Before joining the Edify team in October 2025, Cynthia was an Edify training partner. She later joined Edify as a staff member because of her passion for education and alignment with our vision: Flourishing Godly Nations. In her role as CCEO, she enjoys connecting with people, supporting schools, and contributing to a mission that transforms lives.

Reflecting on her journey, Cynthia shares, "I believe God led me to Edify through a desire to serve and make a meaningful impact in the lives of others through Christian education." She describes her experience so far with one powerful word, growth, and is dedicated to deepening her impact and building stronger relationships.

Outside of her work, Cynthia is a foodie who loves trying out new recipes and baking treats for her family and friends. She also enjoys sightseeing, reading, and listening to gospel music to stay inspired.

We are so grateful to have Cynthia on our team! 🇬🇭

Following a Spirit-led process of prayer and seeking, we are excited to announce the appointment of Jeff Rudder as our incoming Chief Executive Officer.

The search for a new leader began just before the passing of our beloved Co-founder and preceding CEO, Tiger Dawson. Tiger was a visionary leader whose zeal for the Gospel and commitment to Flourishing Godly Nations laid a strong foundation for our global impact, and we trust Jeff will carry and steward this impact well into our next chapter.

Jeff joins us with an extensive background in Christ-centered nonprofit work and organizational leadership. Since 2005, he has been the Executive Director of the Young Life Foundation. Additionally, Jeff has served on several non-profit boards, including six years on the board of The Classical Academy in Colorado Springs.

Most importantly, Jeff shares our core conviction that Christ-centered education can transform lives and ultimately break generations of physical and spiritual poverty. He shares, “I believe in Edify’s mission and vision. The vision of Flourishing Godly Nations is at the heart of how I understand the Great Commission. Doing it with excellence and in a manner that gives faith, education, opportunity, hope, and joy to young people around the world resonates with how I see my personal calling.”

We are excited to welcome Jeff on May 1, 2026, as we remain steadfast in improving and expanding sustainable Christ-centered education globally.
