The above name NGO is and shall be called I.BEFORE WORLD GHANA. The I.Before World Ghana otherwise known
as I.BWG is a non-governmental,nonprofit- making,non-partisan,non-political,non-religious and non-discriminatory youth lead and youth confused organization within the Greater Accra Region of Ghana. THE I.BEFORE WORLD GHANA has its headquarters at Pokuase within the Greater Accra.It was formed
on 3th March,2008 by the Youth of Greater Accra Region of Ghana and was dully registered by the Registrar General Department of Ghana on 11th April,2011. THE I.BEFORE WORLD GHANA is being headed by a Seven (7) executive committee and they are appointed by the president subject to approval of the Grand assembly and with advice from the Board of trustees.It has10 coordinator and focal persons in the ten (10) regions of Ghana.Standing and adhoc committees are formed to support the executive council.These committees include;Social /Welfare, Finance, Women Development, youth Employment and Disciplinary Committee. Over the years, most of the people more especially, the young people fall prey to politicians and political parties and are used as destructive tools for violence to cause disorder and dissatisfaction in the country all being the cause of increasing of unemployment among young people in the country. Young people have lost their way forward in the future as future leaders within the African continent and communities such as Ghana. The situation have led a group society of the youth known as I.BEFORE WORLD GHANA the need to help direct and drive the youth society of the population to see the way forward as the saying goes “for a nation to develop a generation must sacrifice”. THE I.BEFORE WORLD GHANA and for that matter the responsible young people of Ghana believe that we as Ghanaians and the youth in the country have a role to play in ensuring that young people engage themselves into positive activities that would enable them to become productive to fend for their living.This lead the organization took a critical look at the field that could employ large number of the youth society. The increase of unemployment being a challenge among the youth geared the I.BEFORE WORLD GHANA to promote young people into Agriculture and to educate the young person(s) the essence of Democratic Good Governance.
• AIMS
The I.BEFORE WORLD GHANA has a sole aim under its philosophy which is to promote youth management, youth into agriculture and Democratic Governance.
• OBJECTIVES
1.To promote youth Management and to educate the youth and the nation the essence of Democratic Good Governance.
2. To embark on and strengthen of Agric, thus to influence and make Agriculture attractive to the youth
3. To help promote human empowerment, particularly women and the girl child education since this is still ignored in some parts of the country.

The major goal of the I.Before World Ghana is to help raise Discipline, Responsible and Reliable youth for mother Ghana’s Socio-Cultural-Economic Development

• ACHIEVEMENTS
Below are but few of our achievements as a youth organization within a period of five (6) years of existence.
1. THE I.BEFORE WORLD GHANA (I.BWG) has been able to reduce conflict in some of the conflict prone areas like Osu and Pokuase through its consistent seminars and workshops on peaceful co-existence and collective community building.
2. THE I.BEFORE WORLD GHANA (I.BWG) has also champion for the construction of some principal roads in Pokuase and has been organizing clean up exercise and health walks. Seminars on the need to keep surrounding clean are also organized.
3. THE I.BEFORE WORLD GHANA (I.BWG) has helped to depened the decentralization process in Ghana and has over the past years been involved in citizen Government engagement (CGE) by bringing duty bearers such as, Municipal Chief Executives, Members of parliament, presiding members, Assembly members and unit committee members to account for their stewardship to the electorate.
4. THE I.BEFORE WORLD GHANA (I.BWG) engaged the police service what was termed as community policing and neighbourhood watch (CPNW) which brought the police and the community, together to discuss security matters which resulted in harmonizing efforts at enhancing security situation as well as decreasing crime rate in the community. The off shoot of this intervention can be traced to the activities of the neighbourhood watch committee (NWC) under the watchful eyes of the police.
5. We have helped to unearthed talents in sports such as rugby and football thorough our occasional Gala competitions which bring the youth together.
6. Our periodic education on Human Rights and Civic Responsibilities (HRCR) has raised awareness of many human right issues among members of the community leading to the reduction of violence in so many communities in Ghana more especially the Rural Areas.
