Position: Project Officer
Location: New Abirem (Birim North District)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, coordinate, and implement project activities across schools and communities
• Supervise reading clubs and support school-based programs
• Conduct monitoring & evaluation (data collection, analysis, reporting)
• Engage stakeholders (District Assembly Officials, Traditional Council, Headteachers, Teachers, Community leaders, etc)
• Prepare timely reports and ensure project targets are achieved
Requirements
• Degree in Project Management, Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related field
• At least 2 years’ experience in project implementation (NGO experience is an advantage)
• Strong skills in communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement
• Knowledge of Monitoring & Evaluation tools (e.g., Excel, KoboCollect, Google Forms, SPSS, etc)
• Ability to work in rural communities and travel when required
