We're Hiring | Fundraising & Partnership Officer

Are you passionate about creating meaningful impact through strategic partnerships and resource mobilization?

The Lady Margaret Foundation is looking for a Fundraising & Partnership Officer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to help secure funding, build lasting partnerships, and contribute to programs that are transforming lives across communities.

As part of this role, you will:
✅ Identify and research grant and funding opportunities.
✅ Build and manage relationships with donors and development partners.
✅ Maintain a strong pipeline of funding prospects.
✅ Support the Foundation's mission through sustainable resource mobilization.

We're looking for someone with:
✔️ A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
✔️ At least 3 years of experience in fundraising, grants management, or donor engagement.
✔️ Excellent communication skills and a passion for the nonprofit sector.
✔️ Proficiency in English and Swahili.
