WHO WE ARE & WHAT WE DO
The Rivers of Jordan Foundation (ROJ) is a charitable organization in Accra, Ghana, with the objective of providing training and development in Leadership and Management for financially and emotionally challenged young adults between the ages of 21 and 30 years. This program is dubbed: Destiny Alignment, Capacity Building, and Leadership Training (DACBLET) and will be organ
ised for a duration of six (6) weeks. Since this program is run from a biblical perspective, we believe that our students will come out with sound work ethics in the performance of their roles as administrative assistants, front desk officers, supervisors, and management support clerks.The ultimate dreams of most of these young adults is to become great ministers of the gospel, entrepreneurs and giant moguls in business, which they can hopefully achieve through additional mentoring after the course. Rivers Of Jordan (ROJ) also believes the training will equip the participants with the foundational skills they will need to further their education when the opportunity comes up in future. MISSION
Our Mission is to raise and develop Godly generations of young adults between ages 21-30 with the aim of aligning destinies through short term mentoring, counselling, management and leadership training. VISION
Our vision is to be a world class charitable training and development organization for challenged young adults in the nation of Ghana with sound biblical principles.
