Government should really streamline all the challenges being faced in the feee SHS programs and solve all its issues or put in structures that will enhance the smooth running of the free SHS program.
Education can only be free if the government streamlines all its income sources and clearly puts in structures that fosters the constant cash-flow into the educational sector system making sure that all facets that contributes to the growth and running of the program is clearly checked. And this should run for a couple of years for the government to know identify all loop holes and also have a clear idea into all plausible challenges that can be faced in the running of the program before we probably make room to extend the program to the university level.
This is possible if we have selfless leaders and critical thinkers who wish for nothing but the success of the country. Ghana can do more than it is currently doing but for the dark mindedness of its leadership, the economy is in turmoil.
People are suffering, on a more serious note and our leaders are only poised in considering their financial benefits from the state and this is disgusting.
The mindset of all private owned business should also change to foster growth and support for it’s workers. Once we think about each other’s wellbeing and growth and put the country first, our hearts will set onto love and honesty.
Ghana can do more.
