Support groups are a safe place where people who share a similar problem, meet to talk and listen to each other. It’s important because sharing your feelings can make you feel less scared, confused or sad, and you can learn helpful tips from others who truly understand. In such groups you are never alone. Ours is called for persons with all autoimmune conditions.
