Spring-UP Global Network Driving Literacy Equity and Career Readiness in Underserved Communities through Libraries, Mentorship, and STEAM

We are a network of educators across Ghana, renovating and building school libraries and nurturing the reading and writing skills of children through reading and writing clubs. We also provide mentorship and career guidance to children across Ghana. Since 2019, we have provided teaching and learning materials to eight(8) schools and orphanages in Central, Ashanti, Volta and the Greater Accra Regions of Ghana and have impacted a total of 3,224 beneficiaries through 17 projects. Launched in 2020, our iRead iLead Campaign, has provided 2 libraries and established Literacy Clubs in 2 schools in the Volta and Greater Accra Regions in Ghana. In Ghana, Deloitte has identified us as a partner to realize its WorldClass purpose to renovate and restock 8 libraries across 6 regions starting October 2022 to impact over 30,000 children by 2030.
