22 entrepreneurs. Two days. One decisive shift in thinking.

The ENABLE Program Cohort 2, delivered in partnership with Blue Skies Foundation, brought emerging entrepreneurs into a focused space for practical business development.

Over the two days, participants worked through business proposal writing, financial planning, market research, branding, and pitching, not as theory but through hands-on application, where ideas were tested, refined, and reshaped in real time.

The room was active with exchange. Questions, writing, adjustments, and steady improvement.

By the end, the shift was clear. Stronger ideas. Stronger structure. Stronger direction for building viable businesses.

That is what ENABLE Cohort 2 is about, not just learning entrepreneurship, but strengthening how it is done.

Community insight is only as powerful as the tools available to act on it. That is what brought 20 youth panelists from across to Kumasi for four days of learning and practical work.

The first cohort of the African Youth Panel AYP Initiative took part in a residential bootcamp focused on building their ability to respond to real challenges in their communities.

Through sessions on leadership, problem identification, solution design, financial literacy, and digital tools, participants worked through lived experiences and shaped them into clear, practical ideas.

By the end of the programme, each participant had developed a defined solution and an action plan to guide further testing and refinement within their own context.

The AYP Initiative is focused on bridging the gap between lived experience and the ability to act on it. In Ghana, the programme is anchored by ASH Africa as the anchor institution, ensuring it remains grounded in local context and connected to community realities.

The initiative is implemented by TrustAfrica and funded by the Mastercard Foundation.

A moment of gratitude. A decade of impact.

Earlier this week, we gathered to celebrate 10 years of a journey built alongside youth, women, SMEs, partners, and communities across Africa.

It was a moment to reflect, to celebrate, and to look ahead together.

It was also a defining moment as we introduced ASH Africa to the world, a new identity that reflects our growth and the future we are building.

To everyone who has walked this journey with us, thank you. This milestone belongs to you as much as it does to us.

Here's to the road ahead.

A decade of growth. A broader vision. A new chapter.

As we step into our next chapter as ASH Africa, our Executive Director, Daniel Amoako Antwi, reflects on the journey that has shaped our organisation and the future we are building together.

This is a story of evolution, purpose, and a renewed commitment to transforming lives, impacting communities, and building Africa.
