The Centre for Local Governance Advocacy is an independent, non-governmental, non-partisan and non-profit institution that promotes good decentralisation and local governance through evidence-based research and advocacy. The institution aims at promoting good local governance, through evidence based research and capacity building for actors. The institution’s research output is expected to inform national level policy development for improved local governance. The organization has been founded by experienced local government experts and practitioners who have passion for advocacy and research to support effective local governance and decentralization.
