GRAFT FOUNDATION is an award winning charity which brings hope to the medically hopeless in the rural areas of West Africa by providing free reconstructive plastic surgery. GRAFT FOUNDATION which is an acronym for Ghana Reconstruction of Anomaly and Trauma Fund is a non – governmental, non-profit making organization which deals in Reconstructive Plastic Surgery for people in need. Activities of the foundation includes supporting the medical needs of victims of trauma from disasters, burns and road accidents, supporting treatment of children born with birth defects correctable by plastic surgery, support reconstruction for breast cancer patients and offer surgical reconstruction to people in need.

Every story deserves hope, and once again the GRAFT train has moved and is safely at the Methodist Hospital in Wenchi. Medical officers have already geared up and offering FREE Constructive surgeries to people who would otherwise go without care.
