Hopeworks Ghana is recognized by the Government of Ghana through the Department of Social Welfare as International NGO. Our focus areas include Disability/Autism, Skills Training/Entrepreneurship, Health and basic Education. The organization’s programmes and activities are funded through its own resource mobilization initiatives and donor communities and individuals. Hopeworks Ghana holds a member

ship status with SDGs Ghana Platform (operating mainly on Goals 1, 3 and 8), National Council for Voluntary Organizations-UK (NCVO-UK - International Member) and National Consortium for Voluntary Organizations Ghana (NCVO-Ghana).

Hopeworks Ghana makes this a reality by employing education, economic empowerment and job creation to enhance the lives of disadvantaged youth through collaboration with institutions and industries to create a sustainable future.

4. International Recognition
Hopeworks Ghana is a recipient of the following award for contributing towards the promotion of Sustainable Development Goals 1, 3 and 8:
i. 14th September, 2019: Books for Peace Special Award from Italy. ii. 18th February, 2020: Global NGO Leadership Award by Global CSR Secretariat in India. The award was endorsed by the World Association of CSR Professionals. iii. 15th May,2020: COVID-19 Award by International Human Rights Commission Ghana Office (IHRC) for contributing to protect the less privileged from the pandemic. iv. 3rd October, 202: Best SDG 8 Advocate of the Year Award by Humanitarian Awards Ghana.
