🌍 The Anidaso Nsae Foundation (TANF) is a nonprofit based in Aburi–Oboadaka, Ghana 🇬🇭, dedicated to fighting poverty through education 🎓, healthcare 🏥, and community development 🤝. “Anidaso Nsae” means “There is still hope.” ✨ Founded in 2012. Our core values:

A small act of giving can create a big impact. ❤️

Thanks to the generosity of one of our current volunteers, the Oboadaka Health Centre in AKUAPIM SOUTH has received essential medical supplies to support patient care and improve daily operations.

From lifesaving monitoring devices like blood pressure machines, thermometers, and pulse oximeters, to everyday essentials such as gloves, face masks, and wound care materials- this donation is already making a difference.

Basic medications like paracetamol and antihistamines were also included to help meet immediate healthcare needs within the community.

These are not just supplies… they are tools for care, comfort, and hope.

**Community Health Outreach Initiative**

A strong partnership with the Akuapem South Municipal Health Directorate enabled us to successfully organize a comprehensive health screening exercise, providing free medical services and medication to community members.

Services Provided:
Cervical cancer screening
Breast cancer screening
Skin disease consultation and treatment
Random blood sugar testing
Body Mass Index (BMI) assessment
Blood pressure (BP) checks

This initiative reflects our continued commitment to improving access to quality healthcare and promoting preventive health practices within our communities.

As part of preparations for the 36th Nsaba Inter-School Sports Festival, It was privileged to donate jerseys to the four schools within my electoral area ahead of this year’s games. This, along with other prizes to be awarded to the first-place teams at both the primary and JHS levels, is part of our effort to encourage excellence through sports. The beneficiary schools are: Oboadaka Presby Primary, Oboadaka M/A JHS, Bright Start International School, and Kwame Ntow M/A Primary and JHS.

📍Touching Story from Kwame Ntow – Oboadaka Electoral Area - Akuapem South

Last week, we visited Kwame Ntow M/A School, one of the vibrant yet deprived communities under the Oboadaka Electoral Area in the Akuapem South Municipality — and it was a day filled with pure joy and gratitude. 💛

Every child from KG1 to Class 6 received a brand-new school uniform. For many, this was a long-awaited blessing — some parents simply could not afford new ones, while others watched their children attend school in torn and worn-out uniforms.

Seeing their bright smiles and excitement as they proudly wore their new uniforms was truly heartwarming. 🌟
It reminded us that even the simplest gesture can bring back hope, dignity, and confidence to a child’s life.

While we celebrate this milestone, our mission continues. There are still many children across the AKUAPIM SOUTH MUNICIPAL ASSEMBLY — especially in deprived communities like Kwame Ntow — who need our support.

Together, we can reach them. Together, we can give every child a reason to smile and dream again. 🙏✨

🌍✨ Proud Moment for TANF Ghana! ✨🌍

Our recently departed volunteer, Andrea Wegener , was featured on Frau tv in Germany, sharing her beautiful experience and time spent with us here in Ghana 🇬🇭.

Her story highlights the power of compassion, cross-cultural exchange, and the impact of volunteering in transforming lives — both for the communities we serve and for those who serve with us. 💚

🌟 Giving Hope, One Child at a Time! 🌟

Together with the timely support of our partner ProTour Africa , led by one of TANF Ghana’s Executives, Rashida Mohammed Pangabu , we were able to touch the lives of pupils at Oboadaka Presby Primary School through the donation of exercise books, pens, sharpeners, erasers, and other essential learning materials. ✏️📚

This support came at the perfect time — many of these children come from families that struggle to provide basic school supplies. Some are raised by single parents, others by teenage mothers or grandparents. ❤️

We believe this gesture will go a long way to motivate them to stay in school, pursue their dreams, and believe that hope is possible! 🌍✨

It was a great privilege hosting board members from the Pasadena Unified School District, California, USA, through TANF Ghana. Our discussions and field visits have laid the foundation for a promising exchange program between students and teachers within the Oboadaka Electoral Area and beyond. We look forward to the positive steps ahead toward impactful educational collaboration. 🌍📚✨
