PIMI GHANA Human & Career Development We recruit participants to experience the programme through observing, questioning and exploring.

Mentors are also recruited to demonstrate, explain and model. We again partner with the right institutions and organisations to support our programme and also provide opportunities for participants to gain practical workplace experience. Participants have the opportunity of interacting with experts and professionals from various industries. Our "Resource Persons" selected from leading companies in

Ghana manage the curriculum of the training programme. Participants are again made to go on internship which is a major and a unique feature of the PIMI programme as it serves as a tool for development and practical skills acquisition. Some form of work experience is usually required to secure work after school and internships seek to equip students with some work experince.
