Despite all the progress made in health delivery, preventive health remains the most efficient and that is what we stand for. This is what we stand for.

Since the creation of the world health organisation in the 1940s, the human race as a whole has seen tremendous improvement in health globally till date. We have more sophisticated equipment for diagnosis and treatment protocols have improved very much over the years. Despite all of the progress made, one thing hasn't really changed over the years, "the fact that a cured person is never as well as

the person who never fell sick". Not falling sick is always better than being treated for a disease. Looking at the latest industrial trends with all of the pollution that comes with it coupled with the unhealthy lifestyles that modernization has acquainted us to, one can say the world is sitting on a time-bomb. This is why Healthrope international was created. Our main focus is on preventive health, and in its global aspect . That is primary(before the disease), secondary(detecting the disease early enough) and tertiary( preventing the complications of the disease) prevention. We are looking forward to influencing people to think in the right direction about their health, influence governments and society as a whole to implement positive health policies and also contribute our own quota to the development of health globally by providing what is needed in some areas to the best of our ability. We want to see a further improvement of life expectancy especially in Africa.

This event was organised by Yenda Africa to address the complex challenges and emerging opportunities related to health and the environment. As a health think tank, Healthrope International’s participation attests to its commitment to advocate for preventive health and help improve health outcomes for African populations through public health and environmental sustainability.
