The NBU- YEC project in its quest to empower young people with entrepreneurial and employable skills organized a career day event dubbed “My Career, I Will Choose Right” for 150 trainees hoping to start businesses in fashion, baking, hairdressing, and cosmetology among others.
Resource persons, Madam Hawah Braimah, , Miss Doreen Afriyie , Madam Jane Boakye Mensah and Mrs. Gitta Sheila Amoako, engaged trainees, exposing them to the realities and challenges of their chosen fields and ways to build a successful brand.

We have officially launched the No Business as Usual Youth Empowerment Centre (NBU-YEC).

Through this project, we are targeting 400 vulnerable young people in the Ashanti Region to receive free soft and hard skills training, as well as business development support, to make them self-reliant and productive members of their communities. Gratitude to SOS Children’s Villages in the Netherlands for sponsoring this project.
